SUMMARY:Community Tree Planting Day
DESCRIPTION:Saturday\, October 24\nRockfish Valley Community Center\nCome h
elp us add a little more green to RVCC!\n\nWe’re planting 20 new trees a
round the Rockfish Valley Community Center grounds\, and we’re looking f
or at least 20 community volunteers to help us plant them.\n\nWe’ll have
10 experienced Tree Stewards on site to guide the planting\, so no experi
ence is necessary. Volunteers will work in small teams to plant\, mulch\,
and water the new trees.\n\nThis is a great opportunity for individuals\,
families\, students looking for service hours\, and anyone who wants to sp
end some time outdoors while doing something lasting for our community.\n\
nLunch from Coquito’s Kitchen will be provided for volunteers.\n\nCome g
et your hands dirty and help us plant something that will be part of RVCC
for years to come.\n\nVolunteers are needed! Email Eli to sign up!
