DESCRIPTION:FrogWatch USA- Central Virginia Chapter\nFrogWatch USA is a na
 tionwide citizen science program that helps monitor wetland health and amp
 hibian population status by teaching communities to report on the calls of
  local frogs and toads. This program is headed by the Akron Zoo and has ov
 er 140 chapters across the United States. TJSWCD and the Rivanna Conservat
 ion Alliance have partnered to create the Central Virginia Chapter. You ca
 n join our chapter by attending a training session and choosing a monitori
 ng site!\n\nWe had an amazing 2024 season\, with 38 volunteers trained to 
 date! Our Chapter was able to upload 244 observations to FieldScope\, our
  data entry site. We look forward to a great 2025 season!\n\nCurrent Sessi
 ons:\n\nWe have two training dates available this spring. Pre-registration
