 cription:   Harmonize your body and spirit with the phases of the moon t
 hrough yoga.  This October full moon moves into Taurus at 4:24p on Saturd
 ay the 28th.  Our program begins at 3:40 with a 20 minute introduction to
  the astrological significance of this heavenly event and how it impacts u
 s.  We will then move through a 30 minute series of yoga poses specifical
 ly tailored to harmonize the body with the moon phase.  Sound bowl vibrat
 ions will relax us into our final resting pose.  The session will conclud
 e with a Reiki Blessing.  Designed for beginners and experienced yogis al
 ike\, this relaxed program will leave you feeling peaceful and centered.\n
 \nFor a personalized experience space is limited to 10 participants.\n\nFe
 e is $30.00 in advance\; $35.00 at the door.  You may pay in advance thro
 ugh VENMO @Elaine-Larsson.\n\nPlease arrive by 3:30 to settle in.  The mo
 on will be on time and so will we.  We’ll start promptly at 3:40.  Lat
 e arrivals will be asked to wait until a natural break in the program to e
 nter the space.  Program will run approximately 2 hours.  To enjoy the f
 ull benefit of the program\, please plan to stay for the entire session.
