 o come enjoy a unique experience with this Sound Bath Meditation led by Gr
 eg Burns of Metta Vibrations. The sound bath experience is gaining popular
 ity in today's world as a wellness practice\, helping to promote states of
  deep relaxation for both mind and body. The sounds of singing bowls\, gon
 g\, chimes and more will fill the atmosphere\, allowing folks to lie down 
 to absorb and bathe in the soundscape and vibrations.  You can read more a

  throughout Virginia and the mid-Atlantic region for the last 8 years.\n\n

 . No prior experience necessary. Greg will have a handful of yoga mats and
  blankets available to use\, although you may want to consider bringing yo
 ur own mat\, blanket\, pillow\, etc to create a comfortable resting spot.
