 ercises to improve strength\, flexibility and balance. With Pilates' progr
 essively challenging\, core-centric\, whole body exercises and yoga's flow
 s and balancing poses for balance and flexibility\, this class will provid
 e a safe way to keep moving when it’s too cold or dark outside or help b
 uild your agility and stamina for wintertime outdoor activities. Both Pila
 tes and yoga emphasize body/mind awareness and breathwork\, which can crea
 te a calmer and mindful life outside the studio. Modifications will be pro
 vided as needed\, and props such as exercise bands\, hand weights\, yoga b
