This is a map of the indoor spaces at RVCC that can be rented for your parties, classes or events! Click on each rentable room to see more information. Rockfish University: Rockfish University (Rock U) is our dedicated Classroom/meeting space! The room features seminar tables and chairs for up to 30, blackout curtains, overhead projector and large projection screen. Flexible seating arrangement can accommodate a variety of needs. $25/hour, discounts for full & half day rentals. Additional discounts available for RVCC members and nonprofit organizations. Our Yoga Studio is 600sf, with hardwood floors and a rope wall for hanging/stretching/pilates. Props and mats are available for additional fee. Capacity 30. $25/hour, discounts for full & half day rentals. Additional discounts available for RVCC members and nonprofit organizations. 3500sf ballroom with high ceilings, great light, hardwood floors, and a stage for theater, music, or dance performances. Perfect for weddings, parties, quinceaneras, public meetings, and more! Day rates starting at $500. Use of RVCC's tables and chairs included. Nonprofit rates or hourly rates available upon request. Capacity 216. The perfect space for a small party! The Lounge is equipped with cafe-style furniture, a refrigerator/freezer, microwave, sink and soapstone bar. The room has its own dedicated bathroom, plus direct access to the playground and recreation fields. $40 per hour; discounts for full & half day rentals. Additional discounts discounts available for RVCC members and nonprofit organizations. Capacity 49 persons. The Imaginarium is our 700sf space with mirrors on two walls, and hardwood floors. Perfect for dance, fitness, or any other kind of movement class. The room can be customized for your needs by adding tables and chairs. Capacity 35. $25/hour, discounts for full & half day rentals. Additional discounts available for RVCC members and nonprofit organizations.

The RVCC Pavilion: Our 900sf Pavilion, two 30′ x 30′ tents, outdoor stage, and the surrounding fields and gorgeous view are available for your wedding, reception, party, or small festival. Please click on the highlighted area to see availability and request a reservation. Our 30' x 30' pavilion, two 30' x 30' tents, a large outdoor stage, and surrounding fields with a gorgeous view of the Blue Ridge Mountains combine to make a wonderful outdoor event venue. Perfect for weddings, festivals, parties, and more. Available April through early November. Day rates start at $500; three-day venue package available for $1500; discounts available for RVCC members and nonprofit organizations.

Rent the Pavilion & Tents
What can YOU do with all this space?
We have lots of rental space available, including rooms for events large and small, classrooms, and 10 acres of recreation fields! We encourage our community to take advantage of such a unique resource and use it. You can:
- Throw a baby shower
- Throw a holiday party
- Teach a class
- Host a lecture or seminar
- Hold an anniversary party
- Hold a wedding and a wedding reception
- Celebrate a birthday or quinceañera
- Honor a life
- Set up a studio
- Hold a reunion
- Open an office close to home
Rental income is a major source of funding for operations and maintenance of the facility. But our spaces are very reasonable to rent and are available for individuals and organizations with missions similar to our own.
FEES: Please see the 2026 Short Term Rental Contract below for the full list of rates and other information pertaining to private party rental. Rental fee discounts are available for current RVCC members, nonprofit organizations, and fundraising events!
