For the third year in a row the Rockfish Community Center will host an exhibition by the Charlottesville Camera Club. This juried show starts Friday, September 8th and runs Friday October 27th. The show will feature 68 works by 20 area photographers. The exhibition will showcase a wide range of subjects from landscapes to abstracts and everything in between.  A reception that is open to the public will be held on Sunday, September 24 from 2-4pm.

Photographers participating in the exhibition are Susan Albert, Craig Cooper, Bill Shaw, Vicky Eicher, Gary Powell, Glenn Nash, James Marshall, Liz Marshall, Jim Wolfe, Lynn Gaffey, Nancy Marie Rodriguez, Ranjit Sahu, Rick Seaman, Seth Silverstein, Aaron Mills, Anne Bell Scott, Deborah Murren, Harriette Browning Fishburne, Jill Bascom and Jim Demas.

The exhibition runs September 8th through October 27th and is free to the public. Rockfish Community Center is located at 190 Rockfish School Rd. in Afton, Va.  The hours are as follows: Monday & Friday 8:00am to 8:00pm, Saturday 8:00 am to 6:00pm, Sunday 12noon to 5pm.

The Charlottesville Camera Club is an organization that fosters photography as an art, a hobby, or vocation, by instruction and by sharing knowledge and experience. The club was founded in 1995 and currently consists of about 80 members who come together monthly to explore all aspects of photography.
