The Eight Ways is a series of eight movements distilled from the tai chi form that are easy to learn and fun to practice.  These eight exercises bring the essential health benefits of the full tai chi form into your everyday activities. This practice strengthens the legs, improves circulation throughout the body, and enhances the coordination of everyday movements.Regular practice of tai chi nourishes the body, mind, and spirit, bringing you not just health, but a sense of wellbeing and balance.

Class fee:   $140 for the 12-hour series, or $15 per individual class.
