Come participate in a seasonal movement workshop facilitated by local ecosomatic therapist and artist, Victoria Moyer.

In this class, we will explore the embodied process of transformation: just like a caterpillar dissolves and rebuilds their organs (re-organizes) during metamorphosis,  we will explore similar principles through anatomy, imagination, and dance. This is a kind of “somatic opening” to make space for change.  We will feel into webs of connective tissue in our bodies and make space to unwind stuckness, resolve unnecessary tension, witness and welcome the liminal and hidden, and embody possible futures that align with your values. I provide a variety of movement structures and guided improvisations that allow you to tap into a creative flow, listen deeply to yourself and the world, and cultivate an appreciation for possibility and play. While many of my methods are drawn from lineages of dance, theatre, and body-oriented therapies, no dance experience is necessary.
