One important thing to be aware of is that the auditorium does not have air conditioning. While we do provide fans, this space is best suited for fall and winter weddings when temperatures are more comfortable. During these seasons, the auditorium becomes an ideal indoor option that allows you to celebrate without worrying about heat or weather disruptions.

Because RVCC is a community space, there may be other activities happening in the building on Saturdays. However, we work closely with you to minimize any interruptions. Signage can be placed to guide visitors and redirect traffic to alternate entrances, especially during ceremonies, so your event remains the focus.
