He joined Adam at River Oak back in 2020, and now we’ve recently moved onto the farm to run it full-time! River Oak at its core will remain the same: a grass-based, diversified livestock farm – working with the land and not against it. We have pastured poultry and eggs for sale now, and lots more to come in the future! We can’t wait to connect with all of you, familiar faces and new ones. Seeking Local Farms & Vendors

Rockfish Valley Community Center is introducing a new Wednesday Farm Pickup & Local Vendor Program, and we are currently looking for farms and small businesses interested in participating.

As we move away from the traditional Wednesday Market model, this updated format offers:

• A convenient pickup location for pre-ordered farm goods
• A limited number of vendor tables inside the auditorium for on-site sales

This approach is designed to be simple, consistent, and sustainable while continuing to support local agriculture and small businesses.

Participation Requirements

• RVCC Business Membership: $100/year
• Participation Fee: $50/month

The monthly fee helps cover space use, promotion, and coordination.

Program Focus

This is a smaller, community-centered program with limited space to ensure a positive experience for both participants and customers.
