This boot camp will combine high-intensity interval training with bodyweight toning exercises. No, equipment is necessary, but if you enjoy working with weights, I encourage you to bring them and work them into our sets. I will provide modifications for all exercises. You should expect thirty to forty minutes of work, with a ten- to fifteen-minute warm-up and cool-down. We have 15 slots open, and this is a great opportunity to come work out with your friends or family!
Cost is $90 for the whole 6-week session, to be paid in advance.
