Every three years, the RVCC Board of Directors holds a strategic planning retreat.  The purpose of this retreat is to map out our programming goals, infrastructure needs, and our budget requirements for the upcoming years.  This process includes careful consideration of input from our membership, as well as any feedback we’ve received from the community at large.
 
Our 2026 Strategic Plan must be completed within the first quarter of the upcoming year, and we will begin that process in January.  With that goal in mind, we have developed a short survey to collect your feedback and your suggestions, all the better to help us understand what we’re doing right, what we’re doing wrong, and explore areas in which we can build upon what we already have.
 
This year, the format is a little different:  we’ve split our survey into two.  One is specifically designed for RVCC Members, as members of our organization are guaranteed to have a voice in our projects and operations.  The second is specifically designed for those who are not RVCC members, so we may understand how we can do better to meet the needs of the larger community.
