Learn the principles and practice the exercises of the classical Pilates mat series as developed by Joe Pilates – a body-mind fitness practice that is low-impact and can be done at any age. This class will focus on correct form and alignment in order to build stamina, strength and flexibility safely. Suitable for all levels. Instructor: Scotti Harwood, BodyMind-Works.
