Yin-to-Vinyasa Flow Yoga – Wednesdays 5:15 – 6:15 pm
Our practice will start with several Yin poses to unkink the body and work into the fascia and joints of the body. Then we shift to a slow, flowing pose sequence interspersed with briefly held postures. This class will help counteract the effects of a “sitting” work-life style, strengthen and nourish the joints, and support injury recovery. Suitable for all levels.
